Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vector AI LLC’s website, application, and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Customer Content

  • You retain ownership of Customer Content you upload or connect to the Services.
  • You grant Vector AI a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
  • You represent you have the rights to provide Customer Content.

Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, harmful, or abusive use.
  • No malware, exploitation, or attempts to disrupt the Services.
  • No unauthorized access, probing, or bypassing security controls.
  • No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

AI Outputs

  • Outputs may be generated automatically based on your inputs.
  • Outputs may be inaccurate; you must review and verify before relying on them.
  • Vector AI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

Fees & Billing (if applicable)

  • Some features may require payment.
  • Pricing and billing terms will be provided at purchase or in an order form.

Intellectual Property

  • The Services, software, design, and trademarks are owned by Vector AI or its licensors.
  • These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the Services.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTOR AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTOR AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, for security reasons, or if required by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date reflects the latest version.

Meta Platform Integration

This service integrates with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Threads) under Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. By connecting your Meta accounts to Vector AI, you grant the following authorizations:

  • Read and publish content on connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
  • Manage advertising campaigns, ad sets, and ad creative on your behalf
  • Access analytics, insights, and engagement metrics from your connected accounts
  • Send and receive messages via WhatsApp Business API (when explicitly authorized)

You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Meta Business Manager settings or by following the instructions at Data Deletion Instructions.

Vector AI complies with the Meta Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms), Developer Policies (https://developers.facebook.com/devpolicy/), and Community Standards. Violation of any of these terms may result in suspension of Meta-related services without affecting other Vector AI functionality.
