- > Outputs may be generated automatically based on your inputs.
- > Outputs may be inaccurate; you must review and verify before relying on them.
- > Vector AI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
06 — Fees & Billing (if applicable)
- > Some features may require payment.
- > Pricing and billing terms will be provided at purchase or in an order form.
07 — Intellectual Property
- > The Services, software, design, and trademarks are owned by Vector AI or its licensors.
- > These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTOR AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTOR AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
