01 Overview

Vector AI LLC respects your right to control your personal data. This page provides instructions for requesting deletion of all personal information Vector AI holds about you.

This page applies to all users of Vector AI services, with specific relevance to users who connected through Meta platforms including Facebook Login, Instagram Business accounts, WhatsApp Business API, and Threads. If you are a Facebook user and wish to revoke Vector AI's access, the instructions below apply.

Vector AI complies with Meta Platform Terms, GDPR, CCPA, and Puerto Rico consumer privacy laws.

02 How to Request Deletion

You have three methods to request deletion of your data:

  • Email Request (recommended): Send an email to contact@vectorai.digital with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and (if applicable) your Facebook User ID or the Meta accounts you want disconnected.
  • In-App Deletion: Log in to your Vector AI account, navigate to Settings → Account, and click "Delete My Account". Confirm via the email verification link you will receive.
  • Meta Platform Disconnect: To revoke Vector AI's access to your Meta accounts without deleting your Vector AI account, go to your Meta Business Manager settings → Integrations → Vector AI Platform → click "Remove". This removes all Meta-related data from our systems within 24 hours.

03 What Will Be Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, Vector AI will permanently delete:

  • Your account and profile information.
  • All Customer Content you uploaded or generated.
  • OAuth tokens and authentication credentials.
  • Connection data for Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, WhatsApp Business profiles, and Ad Accounts.
  • Posts, messages, comments, and analytics data collected on your behalf.
  • Any backup copies within 30 days of the deletion request.

04 Processing Timeline

We handle deletion requests within the following timeframes:

  • Confirmation of receipt: within 48 hours.
  • Identity verification: within 3 business days.
  • Complete deletion from production systems: within 14 days.
  • Removal from all backups and archives: within 30 days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

05 Data Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained after deletion for legal or compliance reasons, limited to what is strictly required by applicable law:

  • Anonymized analytics with no personal identifiers.
  • Financial transaction records required by tax law (up to 7 years).
  • Security and fraud prevention logs (up to 90 days).
  • Any data required to be preserved by court order or legal process.

These exceptions do not allow us to continue using your data for any purpose beyond legal compliance.

06 Verification

To protect your account and prevent fraudulent deletion requests, we verify your identity by:

  • Confirming the request originates from the registered email address on file.
  • Sending an email confirmation link with a 24-hour expiration window.
  • Requesting additional verification (such as two-factor authentication) for accounts with sensitive or high-value data.

Unverified requests will not be processed.
