  • "Customer Content" refers to the documents, files, and data you upload, connect, or generate through our Services.
  • "Services" means our websites, applications, AI agents, and associated infrastructure.

  • "Subprocessors" are third-party service providers authorized to process data on our behalf.

Information We Collect

We collect various types of information to provide and improve our Services, including:

  • Account information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and user role.
  • Authentication & security logs: Login events, session tokens, and device identifiers.
  • Customer Content: Documents, files, and data you upload, connect, or transmit via the Services.
  • Usage data: Feature usage, page views, and interaction timestamps.
  • Device/network data: IP addresses, browser types, and operating system details.

How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
  • Authentication, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
  • Provide customer support and administrative communications.
  • Product improvement and analytics (using aggregate or limited data) to understand how our Services are used.

Legal Bases

AI & Automated Processing

Because AI systems are probabilistic, we do not guarantee the exactness or factual accuracy of the outputs. Users must carefully review and validate all outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

We do not use your private Customer Content to train global AI models for other customers. However, general usage signals may be used to improve the reliability, security, and performance of the Services.

How We Share Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Third parties that provide hosting, security, analytics, and communications infrastructure.
  • Subprocessors: Authorized vendors that process data to help us deliver the Services.

We do not sell your personal information.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on where our service providers and Subprocessors operate. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your Account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter to facilitate reactivation or legal compliance.
  • Logs: Maintained for limited periods necessary for security, debugging, and operational monitoring.
  • Customer Content: Retained according to your configuration, the terms of your contract, or until you submit a valid deletion request.

Cookies & Tracking

We use tracking technologies to operate and improve our Services:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the core functionality of the Services, such as maintaining active sessions.
  • Analytics cookies: Used to understand usage patterns (where applicable and permitted).

You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.

Do Not Track: Because there is no standardized "Do Not Track" signal, our systems do not currently respond to these browser signals.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access, correction, deletion: You can request to view, update, or erase your data.
  • Objection/restriction (EEA/UK): You may object to or ask us to restrict the processing of your data.

Children

Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

Meta Platforms & Data Deletion

Vector AI integrates with Meta platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Threads under Meta Platform Terms. When you connect your Meta accounts, we may collect and process the following data on your behalf:

  • Page metadata, posts, comments, and engagement metrics from connected Facebook Pages
  • Business profile data, media, and insights from connected Instagram Business accounts
  • Conversation metadata and messages from connected WhatsApp Business numbers (only when explicitly authorized)
  • Ad account data including campaigns, ad sets, creative assets, and performance metrics
  • OAuth access tokens, which are encrypted at rest and transmitted only via TLS

We do not use Meta data to train AI models for other customers. Meta data is used solely to operate the services you have authorized.
